We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. FRT-15 accepts returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging required
- Proof of purchase required
- Firearms: NOT eligible for return once transferred per federal law
How to Return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship item back with RMA number on package
- Refund issued within 5-7 business days of receipt
Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for different sizes, colors, or models. Contact our support team to initiate an exchange.
Defective Items
Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective product.
