The Dissent MKGS features a 6.5-inch barrel made from 4140CM steel with an SBN (Salt Bath Nitride) finish, enhancing its durability and corrosion resistance. The barrel has a 1:10 twist rate, ideal for accurately stabilizing 9mm bullets. The CMMG ZEROED Linear Compensator helps to mitigate recoil and muzzle rise, contributing to the firearm’s overall performance.

The upper and lower receivers are made from 7075 T6 Aluminum, providing strength without excessive weight.
